Há muito tempo que queria regressar a Porto Brandão. Todas a vezes que lá tinha ido foram antes de me iniciar no urban sketching, e o estar constantemente a ver Porto Brandão a partir da margem norte do Tejo não me deixava esquecer que queria ir lá um dia para desenhar.
Passei lá uma tarde mas, apesar do local ser pequenino, sinto que ficou ainda muito por desenhar. Isso quer dizer que na minha cabeça ficou registado que "tenho que voltar lá outro dia".
I wanted to return to Porto Brandão for a long time. All the times I wnet there were before I started urban sketching. The fact that I am constantly seeing Porto Brandão from the north bank of the Tejo river did not let me forget that I wanted to go there one day to draw.
I went and spent one afternoon there but, despite being a small place, there is still a lot more to draw. The "I have to return one day" setence is etched in my mind.
